The Collab Hub

About

The Collab Hub is a Discord based streamer community. We are dedicated to bringing together like-minded streamers in a protected and explicitly leftist space where they can more easily socialize, connect, and collaborate. The goal of the server is to promote community building and, hopefully, allow content creators to better form genuine friendships amongst each other!

History

The Collab Hub was established in November of 2024 by Buzbee. Originally, it was meant to be a simple Discord server to host the first Happy Harvest Raid Train in. After this raid train was so successful, Buzbee decided to keep the server around to host future raid trains in. The server went into a "dormancy" mode until January of 2025, at which point a name change to "The Raid Train Hub" was announced, as well as plans to make the server an active community based around raid trains. At this time, the server's platonic valentine's day raid train was also announced. After the valentine's event, the server underwent another transformation. It was rebranded, expanded, and renamed to "The Collab Hub". A permanent mod team was established, and the Discord took on a more community focused role.

Values

This is a space where human rights are of utmost importance. We are anti-genocide, anti-fascism, anti-racism, anti-queerphobia, anti-ableism, and anti-bigotry. This is NOT a safe space for hateful or ignorant people. If you think it's okay for people to question the right for certain communities to live happy and fulfilling lives, this is not the space for you. This community whole heartedly believes that as content creators, it is our job to lead by example. We must always embody the values and morals that we hold, and extend no tolerance towards those who would oppress others.

The Mod Team

Founder: Buzbee (they/them)

Hey there! You can call me Buzz or Bee.I’m a queer and disabled streamer on Twitch! I bring my own style to “cozy” gaming, including a foul mouth and outspoken beliefs on social justice and human rights. My disabilities prevent me from holding a job, so content creation is my full time work. I also spend a decent portion of my time supporting my spouse, who is disabled as well due to his service in the military. My other hobbies include bullet journaling, writing, art and graphic design, beach combing, pokemon card collecting, and taking care of my plants.

Mod Team: Wynter (they/he)

Sup! I'm SpartanWynter but you can call me Wynter !I am an 18+ Disabled Nonbinary Gay/Ace Variety VTuber! I have a passion for Advocacy, Computers/Programming, and far too many video games than what's healthy!I have multiple chronic disabilities in both the physical health and mental health worlds and so I love to work on advocating as best I can for both worlds separately as well as the intersectionality in both.My hobbies include programming, writing fanfiction (it's been a long time), playing video games (wayyyy too many at a time) and spending time with my bestie and her kiddo.
